Once you have submitted this form please:
a) Take an envelope from under the lid on the right-hand side of the post.
b) Write your name, car registration, and the date on the envelope.
c) Insert the required cash in the envelope and seal it.
d) Post the envelope through the slot on the front of the post at the top.
